Service & Delivery Policy
What we deliver, how delivery works, and how the money flows.
1. What you receive
Altitude Ventures provides creator-led and affiliate marketing services. Depending on the engagement, deliverables may include campaign strategy and planning, creator sourcing and coordination, management of creator and affiliate campaigns across social and short-form video platforms, and reporting on results. These are professional services and digital deliverables, not a physical product. The exact deliverables for your engagement are listed in your written Engagement Agreement.
2. How delivery and timing work
Engagements begin after we scope the work and agree it in writing. Typical milestones are: an initial planning and onboarding phase, campaign setup, campaign run, and reporting. Timelines depend on the scope, on how quickly materials and approvals are provided, and on third-party factors such as creator availability and platform review. Because of these dependencies, we agree target dates in the Engagement Agreement rather than promising a fixed universal turnaround. We do not represent that any engagement launches in a fixed short time such as 24 hours.
3. Who sells, charges, delivers, and pays whom
To keep the money flow clear:
| Flow | How it works |
|---|---|
| Our fee | Altitude Ventures sells its marketing services to you (the brand) and invoices you for them under the Engagement Agreement. This fee is our compensation for the work we perform. |
| Creator compensation | When an engagement uses creators, Altitude Ventures compensates those creators as a cost of delivering your campaign. Creators in our affiliated network engage through ViralMarketing.com under its terms. You pay us for the service; we pay the creators. We do not collect payments on behalf of creators, and we do not pass your payment through to creators as their merchant. |
| Affiliate commissions | Where a campaign includes affiliate arrangements, commission terms are defined in the Engagement Agreement and are handled as a cost of the campaign, not as funds we hold for third parties. |
| Third-party ad spend | If an engagement includes paid placements, any platform ad spend is set out in the Engagement Agreement. How ad spend is funded and billed (for example, billed directly to your own platform account, or included in the agreed budget) is stated there. We do not treat ad spend as stored value held on this site. |
We do not operate as a payment processor, escrow, wallet, or money transmitter, and we do not hold or move advertiser funds on behalf of creators. We do not collect payments for unrelated third-party sellers through our own merchant account.
4. The self-serve marketplace
The self-serve marketplace features shown on the site are in development and are presented as a concept preview. Any activity shown in that preview is illustrative and is not live data. These features are not available for purchase, and no payment or account activation happens through them today.
5. Payments today
Online card payments are not currently enabled on this site. To start an engagement, you contact us, we scope the work, and we provide a written quote and Engagement Agreement with the fees and payment terms. No payment is due until that agreement is in place.
6. Acceptance and changes
We will tell you when deliverables are ready and how to review them. If something is not as agreed, contact us and we will work to correct it under the Engagement Agreement. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they take effect.
