How AffiliateMarketing.com handles personal information.

Last updated: October 23, 2026  ·  Operated by Altitude Ventures LLC

1. Who we are

AffiliateMarketing.com is a website operated by Altitude Ventures LLC ("Altitude Ventures", "we", "us"). We provide creator-led and affiliate marketing services to brands. In this policy, "the site" means the website at affiliatemarketing.com.

You can reach us about privacy at josh@affiliatemarketing.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information handled through this website and through inquiries you send us from it. Our affiliated creator network, ViralMarketing.com, is a separate website that operates under its own terms and privacy policy; this policy does not cover it.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you email us or book a call, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to schedule it (for example your name, email, and selected time).

Information collected automatically

This site is served through a third-party hosting and content-delivery provider (Netlify, Inc.). As with most websites, the hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for security, abuse prevention, and reliability, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We use this only for operating and protecting the site.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set its own cookies, and it does not run advertising or marketing trackers, analytics pixels, or session-recording tools in your browser. Because the site runs no non-essential scripts, we do not present a cookie-consent banner. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will first implement a compliant consent mechanism that blocks non-essential scripts by default, keeps any marketing opt-in separate and unchecked, and lets you change your choice later.

Fonts

We load typefaces from Google Fonts to render the site. When your browser requests these font files, Google LLC receives your IP address as part of that request. Google states that Google Fonts does not set cookies for this purpose and does not use the request to build advertising profiles. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to your inquiries, to schedule and hold calls, to provide and improve our services, to keep ordinary business records, to secure and operate the site, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

5. Service providers we share with

We share information with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, only as needed for them to perform those services. The providers in use are:

ProviderPurposeInformation involved
Netlify, Inc.Website hosting, content delivery, and securityTechnical log data such as IP address and request details
Google LLC (Google Fonts)Delivery of the site's typefacesIP address sent with the font request
Calendly, LLCScheduling calls, when you choose to book oneName, email, and scheduling details you provide

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Altitude Ventures LLC, our clients, or others. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We share information only with the service providers and for the purposes described above.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Hosting and security logs are kept according to our provider's standard retention settings.

8. How we protect information

The site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by emailing josh@affiliatemarketing.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

10. International transfers

We and our service providers are based in or use infrastructure in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws different from those where you live.

11. Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
