Terms of Service
The terms for using this website and for engaging us to provide marketing services.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at affiliatemarketing.com (the "site"), operated by Altitude Ventures LLC ("Altitude Ventures", "we", "us"). If we enter into a separate written agreement with you for services (an "Engagement Agreement"), that agreement governs the services, and these Terms govern your use of the site. If the two conflict on a service matter, the Engagement Agreement controls.
2. Who can use the site
The site and our services are intended for businesses and for people acting on behalf of a business who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts. By using the site you confirm that this describes you.
3. What we do
Altitude Ventures provides creator-led and affiliate marketing services. We plan and run creator and affiliate campaigns for brands and report on their results. Each engagement is individually scoped, and its services, deliverables, timing, fees, and responsibilities are defined in a written Engagement Agreement agreed with you before work begins. We describe our approach further in our Service & Delivery policy.
The self-serve marketplace features shown on the site are described as in development and are not available for purchase. Online card payments are not currently enabled on the site.
4. No guarantee of results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, offer, market conditions, and the performance of third-party platforms. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, income, profit, return on spend, views, traffic, conversions, or any other specific outcome. Any figures, examples, or calculator outputs on the site are illustrative only and are not a quote, forecast, promise, or guarantee. Nothing on the site or in our communications is financial advice or a business-earnings claim.
5. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes not attempting to break or probe its security, not scraping or overloading it, not uploading malicious code, not impersonating others, and not using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or limit access to protect the site.
6. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by Altitude Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the site for the purpose of learning about and engaging our services. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the site's content without our permission. Ownership of work product created in an engagement, and any content licenses between you and us, are set out in the Engagement Agreement.
7. Content you provide
If you send us materials (for example brand assets, product information, or briefs), you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant us the limited license needed to use them to provide the services. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the materials you provide.
8. Fees, payment, and cancellation
Each engagement is individually scoped, and its fees are agreed in writing in the Engagement Agreement before any payment is due. The Engagement Agreement sets out the price, currency, what is included, the payment schedule, and any renewal or cancellation terms. Online payments are not currently enabled on this site; while that is the case, we do not collect payment through the site, and any engagement is invoiced and paid under the terms of the Engagement Agreement. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation policy and in the Engagement Agreement.
9. How we work with creators and third parties
To deliver campaigns we work with content creators and with third-party platforms (for example social and short-form video platforms). Creators in our affiliated network engage through ViralMarketing.com under its own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of the social platforms we help you run campaigns on, and we do not control their policies, pricing, or availability. We explain how fees, creator compensation, affiliate commissions, and any third-party ad spend work in the Service & Delivery policy.
10. Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as our scheduling provider and our affiliated creator network. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This section does not limit the service commitments made in an Engagement Agreement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Altitude Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. This section does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law, and it does not override the liability terms of a signed Engagement Agreement.
13. Governing law and disputes
Each engagement is individually scoped. The law that governs an engagement, and how any dispute is resolved, are agreed in writing in the Engagement Agreement for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms waives any statutory right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
